Methods of Payment: Cheques/Money Orders, bank drafts to be made payable to Australia On-Line Stamps
Please do not send cash unless registered.
Overseas Orders: All payments must be made in Australian Dollars. Payment accepted by Bank Drafts or Credit Cards. We will accept payment in foreign currencies (cheques) which are converted into $A at the prevailing exchange rate less bank charges (usually$A 10 per item). Clearance of overseas cheques can take up to 2 months.
Credit Card payment is available for telephone, fax, e-mail and on-line ordering. (if you feel uneasy about sending out credit card details by e-mail then a good method is to spell out some of the numbers e.g. two 430 6three2 etc.-this will prevent any potential fraud)
We accept the following credit cards;
VISA, MasterCard, and American Express
All credit card transactions will be verified prior to shipping of all goods.
We also accept payment in Mint Australia and Australian Antarctic Territory but only after 1966 (decimals). Sheetlets, miniature sheets, booklets and stamps @ 70% of face value.

Guarantee: All purchases are covered by a money-back guarantee regarding quality and authenticity. Should any purchase(s) be unsatisfactory, you may return it/them (as in the condition received) to us within seven days of receipt for replacement or full refund.
Interest Free Credit: With purchases totalling $200 or more, we operate a simple interest free credit scheme - simply send your order with three equal cheques (or enclose your credit card number) and date the cheques for today, in one month and in two months time. All orders are confirmed by return and goods will be forwarded on clearance of final payment. On purchases of $1000 or more we will be pleased to negotiate a longer term.
Postage/Delivery:
(i) Orders are processed and despatched promptly, usually within 72 hours
of receipt. Delivery is by Australia Post.

(a) Within Australia - All retail orders over $200 and under 500kg are send
Registered Post Free, orders under $200 will incur a $A 1 delivery cost.
Orders over 500kg are charged at cost. If security mail is required instead
of registered mail, please add $A 12.
(b) Overseas - All retail orders for stamps under 500g - add $A 4 for ordinary
airmail, or $A 13 for registered airmail.
Orders over 500g are charged at cost.

Customs: Shipments to countries with a GST/VAT are declared as "Printed matter/no commercial value" etc. Correct invoice/statement is sent under separate cover airmail (unless otherwise advised).
Price Lists: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Prices subject to change without notice. (in particular, stock availability and currency exchange rate fluctuations may lead to frequent changes in the prices of goods sourced outside of Australia.)
Mailing List: Most of our customers like to be placed on our mailing list, so that they can be notified of special offers as they become available. If you do not wish to be on the list then please let us know.
